The York Springs Equestrian Center is one of south-central Pennsylvania’s premier outdoor barrel racing and speed event venues. Levi, Carol, and Carl Leach – owners and operators – have decades of experiences in the rodeo industry that runs the gambit from producing rodeos, ropings, and barrel races to past turns at trick riding, steer wrestling, and everything in between. The Equestrian Center offers lessons, boarding, training, etc.
Levi – a former Miss America Rodeo – is currently the main trainer at York Springs Equestrian Center. She has a training background in disciplines as varied as western reining and cutting to breakaway and team roping. She has trained and ridden numerous top barrel horses in the region. Levi provides lessons for beginners through advanced riders in any of the disciplines she knows.
Twice Baked and York Springs Equestrian Center have a unique relationship wherein Twice Baked sponsors awards series for barrel racing shows that Levi produces and hosts. Twice Baked also employs Levi’s years of training knowledge and experience to aid in the development of many of the Twice Baked horses.
